How would you feel if Naruto learned how to use Shadow Clone Jutsu on his throwing tools/techniques? Picture him throwing one, then performing the Jutsu, and the Rasengan Shuriken multiplies by 100..

It never specified how good hiruzen was at chakra control it just implied he was good. Naruto is very skilled at it too now because he's spent his life trying to do jutsu with the fox chakra making things hard for him now the fox is helping so its like wearing a 100 pound weight vest around your whole life then taking it off. Naruto became skilled enough with chakra control that he can personalize it to strengthen many other people. That's a better feat.

That would be so bad ass. Some powerful villain thinks he can dodge it then it turns into 1000 rasenshuriken.

At the bginning of Shippuuden I thought that Naruto learned to use his clones as his own fighting style. I liked the idea that he would earn a nickname like "Kage Bunshin no Naruto" or something like that. We already saw him using his clones as Giant shurikens. That was pretty cool. But Kishi dissapointed me at this point.

Well, well, what I wanted to say: it would be cool, if Naruto learned that Jutsu, but not for Rasenshuriken (too OP). It would suit his fighting style.
