Like the title says, What if Madara is left alive by Naruto and Sasuke? Wait, it's obviously after an epic fight and bringing Madara down on his knees.
Let's start...
Kishimoto has never let these two kill a human completely by their own hands in the whole series.
I guess Kishi will keep that up till the end.

Now back to the topic, I said Dat Madara to be left alive, right?
Madara got the sage's powers after mixing the two chakras, Ashura's and Indra's.
What if Naruto(Ashura) and Sasuke(Indra) takes back their own chakra?
Yeah you heard it right. Even when the Bijuus were sealed inside Juubi, Naruto and Sasuke along with the Shinobi Alliance succeeded in pulling them out as an individual being.
So, that same thing can be applicable over this monster Madara.
The duo will not only take their chakra back but also leave Madara handicap. Handicap means losing the ability to mold chakra again. Madara will be a normal Human just like others. He won't be a Shinobi anymore.

Lee cannot mold chakra to use ninjutsu. You heard right. He's using the 8 gates to use his chakra in a different way. But he cannot mold it.

No! Madara is not evil he is just blinded by hatred, he is without hope. Someone needs to show him that life is not predictable. The problem is he knows too much and no human can take that much! I know he will come around as Hashirama said to Sasuke that Madar is a kind man deep inside he just needs a serious counselling with solid facts!
