Well since Sharingan tech. doesn't require the sharingan to use them , the problem between Obito & kakashi is solved :

Obito can give to kakashi the other eye , so he can unlock susano, tsukuyoumi ,and other tech...

then Kakashi give to Obito both eyes so he can unlock Susano , tsukyoumi ,and other techs .

result : Obito can use tsukuyoumi , susano
Kakashi can use Tsukuyoumi , susano

Their bodies have nothing to do with it, it's their eyes, and since he already has one, the one he gets from obito could be ems! SENJU DNA is required to have crazy amounts of sharingans like Danzig, uchiha bodies are not special

He would only be able to use 2 attacks, must learn to fight blind, and would have to rely on tai jutsu more as opposed to ninjutsu, it would have to be his last resort

Hmm...that's incorrect. In the beginning of the series Itachi tells Kakashi that his body isn't sufficient enough to operate the sharingan at the level of an Uchiha. Not trying to be rude, but you are incorrect. Uchiha bodies are special in that respect....as far as using the sharingan.

He can maintain a single Sharingan for several days of all out war, and this is in addition to using taxing jutsu and Mangekyo shots. Two Sharingan is by no means out of his stamina department in light of his latest feats. The increasing availability of Hashirama cells helps too.

What would worry me is in non-battle scenarios. He'd have to walk around blind-folded.
