Kakashi lack's chakra to effectively use Kumui he almost one shoted Gedo with his little stamina(compared to Naruto)..

He Teleported a whole Bijju with a little of Naruto's chakra ,

Naruto's chakra + Kumui = GG.......

Naruto's chakra(BM/KCM) = Kumui > Juubi
