Well he does have zetsu giving the info, and he did go off panel while going to obito. he could have easily made a clone. Edo tensei use of Kabutos and Orochimarus caliber is highly dangerous, it would make sense that he acquired kabutos help.

Wasn't Kabuto stripped of most of his power, although him still being a villain would be neat. But there really wouldn't be much of a point.
