dno i think he's over estimated, luffy beat him when he wasn't that strong, even if his haki was in effective when liffy was indirectly attacking him, he still should have beeen able to dodge if he is that strong, i'm sure the admirals would have been able to

He would be a dangerous enemy if they were to train him though. Luffy also had the advantage since rubber>electricity. But yea, now, Luffy would totally beat the crap out of him.

I don't know but the chances are 50/50 .If Oda wishes he can make Enel an Admiral. He gave me shock and a twist in the story when crocodile allied with luffy .He even saved Ace life once and luffy's life a couple of times in the war arc . Oda brought the old characters back (crocodile ,geco moria ).I would not be surprised if he brings even ENEl and Luccy as Admirals
