[Discussion] What if Choji actually takes the pills?

I mean it's just pure epicness to see Choji go into that butterfly mode without those pills as the poisonous effects no more counts and he'll surely be badass again...

But what if he still takes one or 2 pills...The red pills for example is said to increase the user's strength by 100 times. What will be the effects when he's already on that mode. Could he attain a force bigger than when 8 Gates are opened or like a 4-5 Tails Transformation?

Please discuss...

Well first of all there is no 9th gate

If Chouji took the pills I guess the first thing I think is that he would be 100x stronger again. But it's equally possible that the pills may just kill him instantly. I don't see why we can assume he's not in pain already. He's lost already lost weight and having that much power can't be good for you. You can't have that much power without paying some kind of price

No! I don't think he'll become the greatest character even with those pills but he still surely be among the 10 most powerful characters in the Anime if he indeed increase his Butterfly mode...

My guess is that if he took the pills they would have no affect. He has already gone to the stage of butterfly wings before while taking the pills. The best guess I can make is that in the state of mind while fighting his mentor his body bypassed the need to take the pills. Similar to Naruto needing the toad oil to go into sage mode, but eventually weening himself off of the need for it. I'm just gonna laugh when we get to see Chouji all skinny at the end of the battle.

^ This.....it would make him very powerful but with the added risk of killing himself in the process.

If he takes the pills and becomes better than Naruto, hes going to end up being sent to court for purgery(sp?) and lieing that he didnt know what the effects were like a certain Mr. Barry Bonds. (I bet BB has a butterfly mode too)....


Just kidding not sure what would happen other than he would get super skinny again because his fat gets turned into chakra. Hes better off with out them, and he wont have Tusnade on the battle field to keep him alive. Unless Saukara can save him.

Maybe if he takes any pills along with the transformation he will suffer even greater side effects than he would without transforming first ? or the pills and the transformation will cancel one another out which may leave him in his normal state making him even more useless than Sakura.... naah not possible but possibly drain all of his chakra.....
