[Discussion] What if BB captured Luffy instead of Ace?

Garp would most likely save him. He already betrayed the marines by letting luffy punch him. He would do that for luffy but not for ace.

So Garp saves him / Shanks would since there's no Kaido going after WB this time and I think hed save luffy first before giving a fuk about saving WB / Dragon will save him just like before... no doubt about it. Then Ace as well... probably alone. So the marines are def fuked.

Kaido won't be there to hold up Shanks since Kaido only went there to try to kill WB. How did WB make it there then since Dragon is too far away to make it on time?

Luffy wasn't as famous as Ace, and the fact that Dragon was his father wasn't well known. They would have executed him with much sooner, less talk more bullets.

I think the marines would have used a different tactic. If they had their hands on luffy. Most likely they would have used him as a negotiating bait to capture or blow the revolutionaries plans.
