The fight would have ended for Itachi once sound Genjutsu was used.

In a fight where Itachi was in a place where he could fight to his best and fought to kill don't you think it would be hard for kabuto to even get the space and distance needed to safely get to DSM? I acknowledge what you said about Tayuya about remember that battlefield was a cave were sound travels far and snake users like himself have tactical advantage over a heavy fighter like sasuke and mid range fighter like itachi.

It's not difficult for someone like Kabuto to pull off SG at all.
All he needs to do is summon Manda ll which Itachi would shortly dispose of, and in that time frame, he could pull of the jutsu.
It also helps that sound travels at 343 M/S

Wrong Kakashi used Kamui more than 8 times go recount ! Even unsuccessful Kamuis require large chakra consumptions !

I am refering to the first time he got a powerup from Kurama.
Once to try to warp the Mazo away *fail*
To warp the *kunai*
To warp the *rasengan* the first time that it hit him.
And the final time to shatter the *mask* after that he uses Kamui again to get himself out of Kamui world then Naruto/Kurama send him backin to attack obito from there after healing him. So your right i was wrong its 3-5 not 3-4 shots

Sound genjutsu is hax and Kabuto is literally Itachi's perfect counter. But I still think he could break it. No reason why he can't cast genjutsu on himself.

Manda 2 what happened to that thing? Regardless of that summoning Manda doesn't strike me as a Kabuto thing NO? Its more of a classic Orochimaru thing. But i wonder about that...as the sharingan can see through Genjutsu even those cast by hand signs instead of 5 senses Ex Kurinai's demonic tree blossoms..could it not break sound based ones if he was ready for it or am i wrong? I like Itachi so of course i gun for him to win this battle but i'm not deaf to reason in that scenario i dont have solid points to use as a stated in my OP Itachi literally has no data we can use.
