True but again above points mentioned i do recognize that Itachi based on his lack of power will be overwhelmed by God tier i cannot agree that DSM beats him because i said Itachi could not kill and Kabuto was in an arena that let him do as he wished and the sharingan could not see him because kabuto spread his chakra throughout the cave to stop them from finding his chakra signature as well as it was to dark to get a good visual besides.

Define loss? Itachi trying to kill Kabuto is different from trying to put a guy whose eyes are closed under a visual genjutsu? Even Kabuto Said "you cant kill me or edo tensie wont end" Either he was simply stating Itachi's objectives for him or he knew the both together of simply one could kill him if they really wanted to even Sasuke was asking for a change of tactics but itachi was adamant about non lethal tactics.

War arc Kakashi uses Kamui 3-4 times then needs a kyuubi powerup, also on his final shot where he helped Naruto enter the dimension to break the mask he had to stand aside and store chakra. Physical feats like strength and speed show no real improvement since the begining. More over 1/3 Itachi was able to fight Kakashi and Naruto together on equal ground using non lethal delay tactics

Wrong Kakashi used Kamui more than 8 times go recount ! Even unsuccessful Kamuis require large chakra consumptions !
