You can literally use it in the context of all three definitions save for arguably essential and it still makes sense. Especially considering the salt has been there from the beginning with Boruto
Nope. Inherently is an adjective being applied to people already in existence, so it can't change them and still be inherent. You could say Boruto inherently does that, but it wouldn't be true to what you've wrote. In most definitions, the permanent part goes hand in hand(through the use of "and" instead of "or") with a trait that implicates it being there from the start or the permanent simply doesn't appear.

Inherent is the adjective inherently is an adverb, at least try to be correct all around if your gonna nit pick random dumb shit. Borutos personality, character, and many other traits have made people salty since his, and all those traits, came into existence and has remained there permanently. I said boruto(something already in existence) inherently(because people have made the same salty complaints since his inception and the saltiness has permanently been there) made people salty

Yeah, yeaa, adverb. It certainly doesn't mean permanently alone though. It has other qualifiers that make it unfit for your usage.

Ok so it doesn’t fit them all, touché. It’s still correct though.

How could I miss this grammar debate:(

Anyway nice post, it reminds me of a member who was trying to call Sarada 1/2 Civilian as a way to dismiss her. The fellow didn't know the definition of civilian and has been throwing it around like no man's business.
