Afterlife and reincarnation would be great if such things existed, but there is no way we can prove either of the latter to be true, so I am going with the former.

No one know's, and if anyone tell you they know, they are lying, but it's only rational to not expect there to be a life after your mind seases to exist. We have never found a single shread of evidence that even hints of an existance after death, and no matter how much you wants/wish something to be true, does not mean that it will.
