What happened to the "unseen manga chapter retreaval infiltration mission" -thread?

...in manga section today. It got about 50 replys in 5 hours.

Okay it was most likely deleted but why?..although I'm quite new here I've been here for a some time as a guest and that was the most funniest,cheerfulliest and awesomest thread I've read here in a long time. So many people wrote their thoughts there and there was no flaming. It was obviously a joke. A good one.

Really that thread was in NB like as Tobi was in Akatsuki. Everyone so serious here when it comes to things like that.

Cheer up admins and modes!...ps. can u somehow change ur settings so that u can get notifications if someone quotes ur message?

It was the "Very important question about unseen manga chapters thread"

The starter of the thread asked that are there tons of unreleased chapters somewhere or are they made each week and then released. He then stated that if the first one is true then it would be crucial to plan a infiltration mission to the warehouse where the unrealesed chapters are being kept. It was obviously a joke but it sounded so plausible, when he started planning everything like an expert. Others got into it and others laughed their asses off when they thought they were real about getting planetickets to Tokyo etc.

"During the mission members of the teams are supposed to sacrifice themselves, if it seems that is the only way to get the manga chapters out into the open"

It was a thread full of trolling, I wasn't the one who trashed it, but I read the thread in the trash section, and I would have trashed it as well. It wasn't a serious thread, and it had nothing to do in the manga section. It was a joke, as you said.. so it had nothing to do in that section.

Thread like that belong in the chatterbox.

Also, doubleposting/posting multiple times in a row is against the rules.

Okay well that's fair.Though ironic as it is, the threads starter didn't get answer to his original serious question. But o well, can't really complain about that decision, although the idea was clearly to make us readers laugh.

Thanks for the heads up for the doublepostin. I'll remember it in future.

EDIT: just moving it to chatterbox would've been a better idea than trashing imo.

Yeap that thread was funny as hell. Points to starter of the thread for sense of humor and creativity. Cannot say the same about mod who trashed it. Moving would have worked just fine.

I was the one who trashed and the person who made it was asking for it. First and for all he was spamming and trolling, which is against the rules. There's already an overload of threads in the manga section about vs threads and that kind of stuff, let alone a thread that has nothing to do there, it's in the complete wrong section.

However in normal conditions I would have moved it to the Chatterbox or Konoha Town as it's some kind of RP, but that guy already screwed his chances over before that.
A few days ago someone made an über crappy theory and added as argument "Kishi hinted in an interview" but after a while he said that he lied and he made that up, with other words he was trolling the forum and then a guy copied him. He made a crappy theory and said "Kishi hinted in an interview" while it was obvious that he was just copying that intentionally, thus he was trolling the forum. That same guy then made that thread about the unseen manga chapter in the wrong section. Well then I'm going to trash it if you don't bother to follow the rules. It's solely the maker's own fault. This has nothing to do with having a sense of humor or not. We have sections for that kind of stuff, but if you don't bother with rules why should we bother to move your threads to the right section?

Both of those guys have lost their credit already and next time they will be infracted and eventually banned if they keep trolling.
