What happened to the spirit of Indra and Ashura?

So my question now is if Naruto or Sasuke died, and Indra/Ashura's spirit was now free to pass on, what happens if Naruto or Sasuke was then brought back as an edo tensei? Would they be weaker now that they don't have the Indra/Ashura's chakra, or would they still have it?

Indra and Ashura only appear in the transmigrant as chakra, not the actual soul. That's how Madara and Hashi could be Edos in the war when Naruto and Sasuke were alive. As edos without their transmigrant chakra, they are not weakened, they still have full power.

Nope, Naruto and Sasuke cannot share Ashura and Indra's souls or Madara and Hashirama could never have been revived with Edo Tensei. This can only mean their chakra is linked to transmigrants, not their soul.
