What happened to the Bijuu post war arc?

As the title described, that’s my question. We all know that Kurama and Gyūki went back to their respective Jinchuriki but what about the other 7 of them? Gaara should’ve got his back but he didn’t so that’s out of the question. So what do you all speculate happened to them and do you think that the story will elaborate on this topic?

Guess they've gone back to their natural homes/habitats where they stayed when Hagoromo created them in the first place

Yeah, they pretty much confirmed that before Sasuke tried to take their freedom away again so I presume that's what they did after getting free

I think the boruto movie implies that momoshiki hunted them all and coverted them into chakra pills. All except for gyuki and kurama of course.
