What happened to Rin was awful, Kakashi's childhood ruined.​

I know that the Manga ended some few years ago and that everyone has probably grasped the seriousness of this subject, but I was just thinking about it and thought that I might share my thoughts with you guys and stress the subject a little.


She was kidnapped and had the three tailed beast forced into her. That is almost like being rapped, which is very emotionally and mentally scarring. What makes it most terrible is how innocent they were as a team, and then one of them gets crushed by a large boulder and the other one is forced to become a jinchuuriki (not that anyone wants to become a jinchuuriki, but her conditions were much more violent) before having to decide to commit suicide by having a hand propelled into her chest. I'm surprised that Kakashi didn't suffer from insanity or kill himself after the events that took place during his child hood. His father killed himself, his best friend was crushed by a boulder and seemingly killed, and his other best friend was freaking jinchuuriki raped and then used him as a tool for suicide, and even his sensei and his wife were slaughtered by a tailed beast, leaving him almost alone in this world. He didn't have many friends, as he was socially distant, being generally superior to most of his classmates. But maybe it was Gai and his persistent rivalry that saved him from depression, or his mother got him through the hard times. If she wasn't alive when his father killed himself then that makes matters even worse for him as he now lives alone, suffering from the same pain of loss as Sasuke.

She is a very committed member of Rin Base, and what happened to Rin was a very awful tragedy. If I were her parents I would have never stopped crying and if I were Kakashi I would have ended my life. Angelic should understand the seriousness of what happened to these poor innocent children, who were so simple, so kind and friendly, with so many aspirations.

I was going to edit my post and comment but you know what **** your topic. No but seriously Kakashi has had some losses but with the mask on his face all the time it's hard to read what hes thinking or know the pain he's going through. In gaiden you can see Obitos death put him through a lot and I can only imagine what Rins death did to him. He essentially became Konohas dog after that. Always taking any mission assigned to him and remembering Obitos words.

Yes it does, it shows massive character and mental development, any other person would have perhaps committed suicide, go insane.etc, being a good character doesn't mean having op abilities or power, the mind is also a power, I'd say the most powerful of powers, because everything we do first begins in our mind, our future and where we end will be based on our thoughts which leads to our actions which then leads to our destiny.
