what happened to madara's right eye??

Izanagi or he gave it to zetsu to use for controlling yagura..or it could just be a random replacement but that brings up the question... Why didn't he get both? I think it's izanagi though..

because he got implanted with only one eye in the end. .

No no no, at that point he had already given both of his eyes to Nagato, the Eye he had when he was talking to Obito was a spare Sharingan that he probably stole from an Uchiha.
