what happened to madara's right eye??

No I just made a mistake, I was confused as for which eye you were referring to.

After giving both his eyes to Nagato, he only had one spare Sharingan to use for himself. It's not clear why he was only able to acquire one; perhaps the Uchiha he took it from sealed or damaged their own eye in the last moment, or Madara may have needed to use one eye to Izanagi at some point.

It's unlikely that he used Izanagi during the fight with Hashirama, since he needed both of eyes to transfer to Nagato years later. That said, it's possible he had other spares to use after the fight, but we won't know until Kishi more information.

He used plural, "Eyes." The eye implanted in the left is a spare: "This is just a spare I got implanted afterwards." Could be mistranslated.

got only one eye before other uchiha or senju(or police or anbu) see him and kept it as a spare.
