What happened to Kushina?

I'm thinking the only reason she might be revived is if they for some reason need help sealing the juubi. But, she can't be revived if no one has her dna or know where it is.

Well Kishimoto has not told us anything about how she was buried so best guess is that just like every Ninja in Konoha is buried she was buried as well. & unless she is needed to perform a sealing jutsu that no ninja alive can, then there would really be no need to bring her back.
