Never said he was a jinchuuriki lol hes clearly not. I'm sure it will be better explained soon. There cant be 2 9 tails jinchuurikis, the way I understand it he sealed the actual Kurama in Naruto and just his chakra in himself.

when oru released the death god seal, you saw 5 things comming out, 4 were hokage, & 5th was oro's hands......ie, his partial soul....so I believe its the soul that the death god can seal,not the chakra.....moreover, kurama's chakra was completely yin chakra, ie spiritual, & not physical, so it was soulless, thats why it wasnt shown comming out.More importantly, minato sealed the kyubi's chakra into himself, before finally ending up inside death god, whereas hiruzen simply caught 1st,2nd hokage & oruchimaru(just hands ie) & they all went into death god....so there can be multiple reasons why kurama's chakra isnt seen when oro released the death seal......

and that naruto will use rikudo's staff and sasuke his sword against the juubi but im going to make that theory later

The Totsuka Blade is currently in Sasuke's possession since Itachi gave/unlocked it in his EMS before departing to the afterlife, the staff's whereabouts is unknown atm.
