Kishi didn't forget, i suspect he's trying to tell us that Kurama is much stronger than what we percieve, i think that the chakra that was "halved" wasn't even an inch of Kurama's power!!

maybe that's how the reaper death seal works but that does kind of explain why minato and kurama's souls aren't showing when hiruzen did it
but how exactly will minato give naruto the yin chakra it takes a few days just for 9 people to extract one? and can a edo tensei even be a jinchuuriki?
