I don't really believe it exists. Is there really a need to name it anything other then racism? It sounds silly and is the same thing as racism.

I get your point about all lives matter, but you just don't understand the black mans struggle here Reanimated.

Yeah, but they don't simply say "All whites are guilty" they convey it in sneaker ways, at the end of the day you know they're racist.
Ok look bruh, this a quote I had got from another site around 4 days ago, just read.

The following post is from a white guy and may be a bit on the long side. Feel free to skip.

I was a white kid who went to a school that was predominantly black - a class of 25 kids would have 2, maybe 3 white kids total. The school was less than a mile east of where Michael Brown was killed.

What I experienced there was unmitigated racism. The white girls were referred to as "the white *****es," no matter their personality, and there was open competition among the black kids to see who could get the most of them. To be a white boy and to not adopt black culture was to make yourself a target, as I found out.

Plenty of kids, like me were, beat up repeatedly because I was white. I once got beat up because instead of listening to rap, I listened to "white people music." Another time I got punched in the gut for not agreeing that "Black is beautiful." Another time I had to fight another white kid, who to impress his black friends, picked a fight with me "because I was a cracka." Afterwords, one of our teachers told us, "Haven't you two idiots figured out that the white kids need to stick together in here?"

To prove how black they were to one another, they would do things like steal and dump my text books (which my parents were then forced to pay for), push me down the stairs, or just sucker-punch me in the hallway or locker room. To fight back against one was to incur the wrath of the group. To report what happened to the nurse or principal meant further retaliation, so I never said anything. Even if I needed to get bandaged up by the nurse, I wouldn't say who had done it. I'm sure me being a small, nerdy, poor, socially awkward white kid made me a larger target than others, but based on what they told me, it was my race that was the biggest reason. I wasn't a fast runner, so I knew that when they said, "Get the white boy," that running was useless. I can safely say that fear of going to hell was the one reason I didn't kill myself.

I went to school there during the OJ Simpson trial. I was told by more than a few kids, "If they find him guilty, we're gonna riot and kill all you white people. You've been warned, white boy."

These things went on for most of my time there. It only stopped when one day, with tears in my eyes, I picked up a knife in Home Ec and blurted out to a black kid twice my size, "Leave me alone or I'll f*****g kill you." The teacher reported it to the principal. They understood what I had done; I didn't even get detention.

Not long after that, a black kid moved into town, and he became my friend. He's one of the coolest and nicest people on the planet, and was the best man at my wedding. If not for meeting him, I am pretty sure I would hate all black people.

I've seen firsthand the anger and frustration they have in those neighborhoods, and I know better than most white people what it's like to be a victim of racism. It sucks. It's about as s****y of an existence as you could imagine. Because of my experiences, black people still make me uneasy - when I see them dressing like and acting like the same people who used to kick my white ass, I would be an idiot to let my guard down. To this day I avoid many parts of St. Louis, because I don't feel like being a victim of the knockout game.

I'm glad the "race in America" conversation is getting ramped up and is everywhere, because it's long overdue. Based on experiencing racism due to the color of my skin, I sympathize with black Americans. Based on receiving racism from their hands, I can safely say they are not simply victims, but often perpetrators. Two wrongs don't make a right. Either all racism is bad, or it's all good, and to argue that "certain racism is acceptable for X reason" is to make an argument that is itself racist. I'm glad to so much attention is being given to the issue, but the conversation needs to go more than one direction, and the change needs to come by all races, not just the whites.

It's a vicious thing that feeds itself, but it is true that "stereotypes exist because they are consistently reinforced." The stereotype of "black people are violent criminals" exists because black Americans commit violent crimes at a disproportional rate to their population percentages. This feeds the fear and mistrust that white people have towards them, which feeds into the stereotype of "whites are suspicious/afraid of black people." These actions feed policies and decisions which encourages the criminal activities of those who feel oppressed, which in turn feed policies and decisions to discriminate, and so on and so forth.

TL:DR - change needs to come from both ends at once. Let's keep talking, and not just sweep this under a rug to fester.

That is all.

You said it yourself. It's racism. The people that pick on others simply because their skin color is different, is racist. Even if it had to do with the OJ trial, that shit is racist. It all boils down to doing something to someone that is a different color than you.

I went to a school that was something like 97% white, over 2% Hispanic, and less than one percent black. I was referred to as "that black kid" on several occasions. I'm not saying my life was shitty like the guy above but I can resonate with being extremely outnumbered for lack of a better word. I wasn't nerdy so my experience wasn't nearly the same. I wasn't not liked because I would see the same people that weekend at a party or social gathering and I would chill with them. However I would get the constant reminder that I was different because of the infamous talking about slavery in history class and everyone looks at you because you're black. Even black history month was uncomfortable because people would approach you awkwardly as if you are supposed to be treated differently. Then you always have to hear some kid remark, "Well why do they get their own month? Why is there no White history month?". Or even better, "Why do they get BET and we don't get WET".

I can see why he feels the way he does about blacks, but even then he explains that he doesn't think all blacks are like that. His opinion on racial profiling isn't a good one, but his reason behind it is reasonable. Seeing a black male on the street with a hoodie should not raise your suspicions. Seeing any colored man in a hoodie on the street looking around crazy should raise your suspicions though. That's the guy you steer your kids away from, or clutch your purse.

Lol, I am black. I understand the black struggle completely. I've never been arrested but I can still resonate with those who have been.

I don't have the slightest clue which position you are in, but to clear myself, yes I do believe it(Reverse-Racism) is racist :/ and I find Suicide reasonable. In all honestly I'm much more hostile to other blacks, and much more suspicious of whites, they always put on masks and hide their feelings toward everything.

What was the point in posting it if you agreed it was racist. My point in this thread is that reverse-racism does not exist. It is simply racism from a different perspective than what we're used to.

I simply posted, I think you'd know by now odds are I firstly didn't read your original post wholly, nor did I care enough to peek at comments wholly.

V_V Sign me up for bandwagon.

I also saved that quote for a while C:

Reverse racism is when minorities( ' the oppressed ') 'act' 'racist' to white people ( 'the privileged' )

That's not quite right.

It's not the oppressed to the privileged, it's a dominated party against the dominating. The concept exists rightfully because the original racism basis was conceptualized on the fact that a dominating race treats another race in an inferior manner. Therefore, labelling an oppressed person as being racist is oxymoronic and traditionally incorrect.

I don't believe in reverse racism, there's just racism. People who think white people are the only people who can be racist, or that black people can't be racist are stupid.

there is nothing called reverse racism, if you hate another race no matter the reason, then you are a racist. (it's just that simple)

Well i don't know what that has to do with anything. The fact is police brutality is still dominant among african americans.
