he needs to get more powerfull and master sage mode, his rassengon aint mastered ether he needs to use a clone to help him make one, and make peace with the nine tails and master that mode and learn what his other element types are besides that ***** rassengon he uses all the ****in time!!!!! but yeah if he masters all that he will get his dream and be strong enough to bring saskue back and become hokage

If sasuke comes back, it could happen but thats a long shot....not only would he have to do a 180 in personality change, but he would have to convince the other 5 kages to not want sasuke life
