What does Naruto need to do to achieve his dream?

IF Naruto survives the war and the fight with Sasuke what do you think he needs to do to achieve his dream of becoming Hokage?

At the moment I think he has the power of a Kage but not the leadership skills.

I'd like to see him start to develop those skills perhaps leading some missions himself and being responsible or others

What do you think? is he ready for Hokage now? if not what does he need to do?

I've always said they should make him go back to Academy school and learn the basics. I don't mean he can't still do missions, I just think he should do both.

I think that is why he comes across as dumb most of the time, he missed most of his basic schoolong. I don't think he is unintelligent.

Well I say kakashi has to be completly out of the question cuz he is nxt in line. Naruto can fight and learn advantages in battle but he only knows hlf the stuff he should he is just over powered with rasengon and nine tails

He never payed attention in the academy. He was always goofing off. I think if he went back temporarily he could benefit from it

Since the timeskip Naruto has become a lot wiser in battle. His only problem is that he lets his emotions take over him. He needs to work on that and no school can teach him that.
