What do you think will be Sasuke's reaction when hi see Itachi again?

I think that one reason why Madara is slowing Sasuke recovery, to avoid fighting in His ranks.

He certainly won't be happy to see Kabuto or the fact he's controlling Itachi. He'll probably freak out to either destroy Itachi for being a dishonorment to the Uchiha or demand control be released from his brother.

well we know that even dead they have their own minds so If Itachi and Sasuke met it may come to 2 points
1-they talk and Sasuke understands that revenge isn't good and he will go help naruto ( lame but possible)
2-Sasuke attack's Kabuto /attack's Madara because hi is mad about the control over Itachi

Yeah, I doubt that that is going to happen. But if it does, I can see Sasuke running head first to Kabuto looking for a fight, though.

Sasuke would probably kill kabuto,but Kishi leaves things out,so they probably won't meet

First, he won't be happy to see Kabuto's new look like Oro and Second, Sasuke will murder Kabuto if he see's Itachi that's why Tobi is delaying his recovery but other then that we have to wait and see I bet half way through the war we will see Sasuke or maybe near the end but thats when the main War begins
