Master Chief Petty Officer Coby (コビー曹長 Kobī Sōchō?) is a Marine together with Helmeppo under Vice Admiral Garp. He was formerly a Cabin Boy for the Alvida Pirates until he was liberated by Monkey D. Luffy, and was one of the first people Luffy befriended on his travels. His current status is unknown.

Idk. I'm only on episode 250. I never really liked him either. He seemed like a bratty, whiny person.

I love Coby, the fact that he was in One Piece in the very beginning makes him important because you can see his and Luffy's progress.

Like other people said its cool to see his progress since he's definitely gonna be beast in the future. Really can't wait to see him in the timeskip, hopefully he knows how to use haki and Cp9's techniques.

it was stated after the war that he has haki, n most probably he has mastered one form of it, so yeah ...Cp9 abiltiies would suit him i guess
