It would be pretty out of character for Naruto for it to be a fashion choice so I think it could one of a few options.
1. His hand gets burned from Amaterasu and for some reason he can't heal it
2. He's covering up the yang seal, which he somehow reacquired, I think people are forgetting that the yin and yang seals disappeared when they sealed Kaguya, so right now they just have the power but not the seals. There was a mistranslation in some manga sources stating that their seals were needed, when in actuality what it really said was that they had to form a seal together.
3. He has some kind of power stemming from that hand, again possibly yang related, that is constantly active, so he has to bind it to prevent it from constantly being used
4. He's got some new technique that relies on bandages
5. He's got some other kind of seal on that arm besides the yang seal, possibly something that extends all the way up the arm, since the bandages go up pretty far
6. His hand got injured during a rasengan/chidori clash, or some other clash of attacks during his fight with Sasuke
7. He lost that hand during the fight with Sasuke and had to replace it
8. Not sure how it will work exactly, but the bandages are concealing something mokuton related
9. The bandages are concealing a truth seeking ball coating his hand or possibly now serving as his hand after losing it (admittedly this is the wildest theory I could think of)
