What do you think about Naruto's bandaged hand?

To me, it seems like the Yang seal is too powerful so he needs to hide it or it will unleash too much power.
But on the other hand, it might also be the aftermath of his final battle with Sasuke?

What do you guys think about the bandage on Naruto's right palm?

But I think the way Naruto healed Kakshi's eye and Gai after using the 8th gate, Naruto should be able to heal such things with ease.
