What kind of martial art preaches abandonment of emotion?
what does my randomly chosen nickname to a manga website has to do with my training?

Yeah, been training for almost four years now.
How often do you parkour outside?

Quite often. I went out to the city today to do some training. Parkour is a non-conventional form of movement that is used to get from one point to another in the fastest, but most efficient fashion possible. It is also the ability to overcome obstacles in the environment. The concept is basic, instead of acting, you react. You adapt. You overcome. Parkour is often confused with freerunning, which is due to their similarity. However, freerunning is just a more recreational form of said art, and involves a lot more tricking. Thus, it is more a branch of parkour, since extensive tricking uses a lot more energy, and as said before, parkour uses the least amount of energy possible.
Damn, I need to start doing parkour again. After I broke my fingers and had a couple of sprains, I quit it after two years of practice. And I was awesome. Im definitely scared now since my buddy tore his leg apart after doing a wall flip.
