Where is it said that if you possess the EMS you instantly break out of genjutsu,also the strongest genjutsu i.e tsukoyomi.

u dont need EMS to break out of genjutsu just MS breaks all genjutsu
Itachi stated that an MS could break out of Tsukoyomi and since it is the strongest genjutsu we have seen so far we just assumde that the MS could break out off genjutsu, Also If the use is skilled they can break tsukoyomi with just 3 tomoe sharingan.

Itachi also stated that only another Uchiha can compete with Tsukuyomi. I wont believe it till I see it tbh if Kakashi gets put under Tsukuyomi by Sasuke activates MS and hes fine I'll believe you.
