Given the amount of time it took for Zoro to beat him and the level of attacks Zoro used. It was a mid dif fight.

You can't say that a fight is high dif purely because of the amount time it took to beat him.Not when Pica was running away from him for the most of time with out actually fighting him.Even a fodder like Luffy escaped from Mihawk at Marineford that doesn't mean that it was a mid dif fight for Mihawk.
I clearly explained in further detail as to why I think it's a high diff fight, in a way that shows it's more than just the length of time. The fight was more than just brawling and trading blows, it was also a test of intelligence, which is what makes it high diff

All of your points revolves around single point i.e. it took him some time hence it was high dif. Strength is the main factor that should decide the difficulty of a battle. I admit that time effects the difficulty but not to a degree where the difficulty is decided mainly based on amount of time. No matter how weak you are you can always drag a battle if you want to buy some time. Law managed to drag his battle against Fujitora and Joker by running away from them,it won't prove that they are having difficulty against Law. It's the same for Zoro in case of Pica. 90% of the battle is Pica running away from Zoro and Zoro complaining about how he's getting away without fighting. or Pica crying about how Zoro isn't even taking him seriously. If Pica fights him head on and still it took time for Zoro to corner him then you could say that it was a high dif. But that didn't happened. Zoro beat him in fraction of seconds when he decided to face him head on.

No life or death is extreme diff.
extreme diff is Luffy VS Lucci
High diff is Zoro Vs Mr 1
Mid diff Sanji vs Mr 2
Low diff is Luffy vs 50 thousand fishmen

Zoro had to hit Mr1 with his strongest attack lions song. He had to hit pika with his strongest attack 300 worlds.
Luffy vs Fishmen was a neg-diff.
A low-diff was Luffy vs Bellamy

It's not just that it took him a long time, but why it took so long. If you have the easiest math problem in the world but took a long time to solve it because you were unfamiliar with the concept, then it was difficult to you.

I stopped reading at where I cut off the quote because I disagree entirely, but I can see how you can have that mindset. Intelligence can, at times, play just as big as a role. The fact of the matter is, if this fight was redone with the only factor on Zoro's side being that he's hacking and slicing, using just his muscles and not also his brain, Riku and Usopp would be dead and Zoro wouldn't have landed a single hit on Pica.

This was low diff, the only thing mid diff about it was locating Pica. When it came to actually defeating Pica it was low difficulty it took one attack and just because he used his biggest attack doesn't mean it was necessary. Zoro beat Pica highest of the low diff scale.

Zoro didn't even get hurt, and zoro normally takes huge amounts of damage in his high diff matches so it was between low and mid imo.
