Here Tsunade says

Madara is still an Uchiha...We need a way to defeat his fire techniques.

What did she mean? and how does she think her presence will defeat Madara's fire techniques?

Does this mean that she has a possible water affinity like Harishima and Tobirama Senju. Since she is a Senju it could be possible.

I think she doesnt have lightning.. if ur talking about the Kabuto fight.. it was not lightning.. and yah.. the Mizukage could do something about Madara's fire..

it was lightning , she said she changed her chakra into electricity, which is the exact same thing uchihas do, change their chakra into fire,

I think she meant they will need help from Mizukage's Water Specialty to neutralize the fire techs of Madara, hence Mizukage joining the Madara fight.
