And? The Anime likes to add things, i mean on the manga you didn't see this "wall" when Madara used the move on Sasuke, did you? You can guess that the limbo was just holding Sasuke, nothing else.​

I believe he reversed the jutsu Hashirama gave to Sasuke to bind Madara with his senjutsu. It's said that Madara was famous for killing shinobi with their own techniques.

Unfortunately I believe that was Anime only. This topic has been brought up before and I remember not finding that part. All she did was run in and get pushed away by Shinra Tensei. One-hit knockout.
