Absolutely nothing, which still baffles me till today.

Look at what Jiraya taught Nahato, Yahiko and Konan I'm such a short amout of time. He made them badass ninja. Yet all Naruto did was increase the size of his rasengan.

Compare it to what Orochimaru taught Sasuke, then you'll see the difference in training. Why didn't jiraya take Naruto to mount myoboku to learn senjutsu in the first place. If he did that, Naruto would've beaten the crap outta Sasuke.

He improved alot but compared to others seem like crap but it was meant to be like that start Naruto out as the underdog compared to Gaara Rock Lee Neji Sasuke Shino Naruto training looks like CRAP

Filler or Not i wished they used Combination Jutsus in the Manga would be a good power up for Naruto showing what he could do with the Toads after his training they did pretty epic attacks

The whole point of his training was to perfect the basics and he did, because Naruto was really rough around the edges in Part 1.

The cherry on the cake was Odama Rasengan.

Jiraiya is a good mentor but a shit teacher, the best teacher that Naruto had was Kermit.
