Odama Rasengan
Battle smarts (preferably with his shadow clones)
Harnessing the Nine Tails Chakra up to 3 tails
Releasing himself from Genjutsu

I also can't remember if he was with Jiraya (I think he was) when Naruto visited a room with the 4th hokage's records and sealing Justus. Hinting that Naruto would need to pick up where his dad left off (FTG for example).

What jiraiya thought naruto in the 2 and half years that he was gone...remember naruto was just winging it before he was just fight on

instinct no particular style of fight just trying to get by and using what ever chakra he had. Naruto came back with better usage of his

chakra, chakra control, improve tiajutsu skills his own fight style when using shadow clone his specialty, an improve rasengan, he

thought him tactic remember naruto would just announce himself and some sealing jutsu remember sealed weapons and seeing the way

he knew what to do with the sealing key from gamatorra add to the fact that he is somewhat knowledgeable with sealing jutsu.

It's not bad, but absolutely terrible for nearly 3 years of training. Kakashi and Yamato taught him something stronger then anything he had in a few weeks [can't remember] then Jiraya did in three years.

People forget that Naruto was a complete idiot during part 1 loll

Sakura was extremely intelligent and talented at chakra control

Sasuke was a genius and had uchiha dna with sharingan

Naruto had only his uncontrollable chakra and no understanding of chakra control or manipulation except for shadow clones.

The fact that Jiraiya trained him was a miracle

Then clearly you are the one not reading the last 100 chapters narutos sameness has grown a lot compare to what he use to be back in the days.
