Because it's interesting. Theirs a scientific reason as to why people see different things. It's a total mind-**** aswell. Why do you care so much about the wether or not people are interested?
I usually agree on some things Lightbringer says, but I have to agree with you here.
I just don't understand why members are complaining about the discussion here. Far more "pointless" topics have passed through NB, hell that's kind of what the chatterbox is for. Would they still be complaining if it was in chatterbox? Their attitude leads me to believe so, though I will say their posts are ambigious. I can't tell if some of them are complaining about seeing it all over the internet or complaining about the multiple pages of discussion here.
I for one don't care about the actual color of the dress, I was more interested in all the explanations behind people looking at the same dress but seeing different colors. I've seen members post a thread with nothing but a clever joke in the OP and recieved little to no questioning of its legitimacy.
Besides, there are some members whose posts are normally seemingly more educated, yet in this thread they resorted to calling people color blind while we know that can't be the case since the same person have saw the same dress in both colors.
So again, to me, this is science and some people have even learned something new about science, so it seems. I know some members may be complaining over the bickering about the actual color, but to the others, this is faaaaaar less pointless than what celebrity broke up with who that gets a ridiculous amount of media attention. Besides, isn't it ironic that so many here would spend their time arguing which Naruto character solos which? Lol
I actually learnt to control the color I see it in. :|
I;m able to change it from yellow/white to blue/black my concentrating hard enough
I just tried and you guys are right. It works best if I focus without blinking.
