IM trying to make a bio but im not sure do i ask permission from someone to be in a clan when you first make it or just cjoose a clan like aburame

am not sure but i guess a clan from the earth nation cos HQ contacted Akatsuchi from the earth nation to get rid of the white Zetsu's underground which he did together with his daughter.

U can choose the clan as long as u fit the guide lines. I don't think there are clans that specialise in earth as everyone can learn it. U can create a aburame bio and still learn earth.

I know that whatever clan Deidara was from was based on high-level Earth techniques. Dunno if you can have his clan here.
