Rock Lee hands down.
His power stand point between part 1 and part 2 is ridiculously different. He did not even surpass Gai yet. **** that shit. He disappeaared into backgroun again for nothing.

I'm still puzzled why Kurenai got such little panel time. Um Ibiki Morino hasn't shown up at all in the war and his interrogation skills would've been beyond helpful on the Zetsu. But nah gotta focus on having a fight with every single OP character in the series... I mean, you could barely call this a war -_-

I agree with all of this. It's even worse when the lady of Team Gai is regarded as the weakest kunoichi to ever grace the shinobi world.
