Kimimaro- he datastat was 30.5 while being less than 18yr old imagine if he lived too part 2 solo'd Naruto,Lee and Gaara all 3 were top 5 genins of part 1

Izuna- do I have to explain?

Kagami-....should have been Tobi lol better choice than"because you killed Rin" Obito

Lee/Neji- not enough screentime in Part 2

Neji and Rock Lee the most underrated duo so far. Neji was a genius and jounin level with the possibility to grow and become OP, Lee had the Gates plus extreme taijustsu and could also have become OP, but Kishi was like **** that Team 10 gets the side character development. U_U

Neji and Lee. They were bad asses in part 1, and Sasuke considered them worthy rivals... Now they are nothing.

Hiruzen? Left out? He has yet to show his feats. The Hokages are still around you know. The power of 1 chapter in incredible. We get all these threads on how Tobirama is stronger than Minato. Hiruzen will get his time and everyone will start hopping him!
