What better way to restore the uchiha clan then to have one as a hokage???

Why would the Hokages help Sasuke become Hokage, they have no reason to, they just wanted him to let go of his hatred.

And Naruto isn't going to endorse Sasuke for Hokage either, he made that clear in the last chapter.

Naruto wants to be hokage he doesnt care who he has to face be it konohamaru sasuke or anyone he is set on it.
And the 1st hokage already seen both of them saying they want to be hokages why wouldnt the hokages vouch for both these young adults

Yeah like the people of Konoha are really going to want the kid who sided with Orochimaru, the criminal who nearly destroyed their village and lead to the death of Hiruzen, to be their next hokage. Plus Sasuke attacked all the other Kages and is even responsible for the Raikage only having one hand. Sasuke is on crack and Kishimoto would be too if he decided Sasuke has any legitmate chance of being a hokage. He's a loose cannon who would rather kill you than work things out. He was even willing to murder his own former comrades despite the fact they had saved his life and even knowing full well they were in love with him (Sakura/Karin) He has the characteristics of a dictator not an honarable leader.

He tried to kill Sakura because she treid to kill him. He knew that Karin would live so he made a sacrifice. Hiruzen himself is redeeming Orochimaru's name, proclaiming to the shinobi world that Orochimaru resurrected the hokages to put an end to the war. Sasuke has 4 hokages in his corner, that gives Sasuke a better reputation in the leaf village than anyone else. Technically the raikage attacked Sasuke on fals pretenses, he accused Sasuke of kidnapping Bee, which was untrue- and the Raikage sacrificed his own arm to the amaterasu, and would have sacrificed his legs too in an attempt to hurt Sasuke if Gaara didn't interfere. The raikage should apologize to Sasuke if anything- this is a non-issue if the raikage is dead. As for Danzo, Danzo was a criminal when Sasuke killed him. Not only did Danzo try to control the kage summit with stolen Uchiha power, but Danzo was willing to risk an alliance even forming for his own wishes, and Danzo refused to protect the leaf village when Pain attacked- Sasuke basically killed the one elder of the leaf village that was inadvertently destroying everything the village stands for- Hashirama would have done the same thing.

Sasuke has never really been evil he was just misguided "a blank canvas that was easily dyed any color". If it had been kakashi who had got to him before obito who knows maybe he wouldve went back to the village but thats besides the point

The point is that sasuke has always been about cleansing the uchiha name and restoring honor to his clan which is why he wanted to kill itachi other than revenge...
What better way could there be to make people respect and honor the uchiha name then to have one as the leader of their village??? That in my eyes is the best possible way to respect itachi's which is what he wants to do now that he knows the truth about everything. STOP all this hate sasuke is justified in his decision it makes perfect sense

Well, Sasuke started with the wrong leg.

Itachi said to Naruto: "Your dream was your father’s dream, wasn’t it? Remember this well then. The village did not acknowledge him because he became Hokage. He became the Hokage because the village acknowledged him". So if Sasuke keeps his arrogance so high he will end being nobody.

What Uchiha clan? Sasuke and Obito are the only ones left. I doubt Obito can reproduce and Sasuke is asexual.
