So what are your usual workout records? It could be lifting weights or running or whatever. These are mine from today, I was too lazy to track what I usually do(today was a lazy day)

Pull Down-160 pounds
Super Longpull- 140 pounds
MTS Row- 100 pounds
MTS High Row-80 pounds
MTS Front Pulldown- 100 pounds
Calf Extensions- 290 pounds
Kneeling Leg Curl- 140 pounds
Seated Leg Curl- 210
Seated Leg Press- 400 pounds

I cant even begin to understand most of the exercises you have listed. I am more of a doing type at the gym. I know how to do my stuff but I don't know what to call it

My routine is as follows-

Chest/Bicep- Monday
Back Triceps/ Wednesday
Curves/ Shoulder- Thursday
Legs/ Friday
Cardio- Free style rock climbing (8km across a beach) Sat/Sunday

I am really weak for a guy my size

I don't have any recent records to phone home about, but when I was a competitive power lifter:

Bench - 565 (no bench shirt)

Deadlift - 460

Squat - 435

Yeah....my legs sucked!

OT: Been a while since I kept track. Only ones I concretely remember are calf extentions 280 pounds or so, bench press 200, Seated leg press 360-380 (one of those numbers I think). I had my score sheet from GoodLife, but I think I lost it :|

Anyways, I'm wicked out of shape now and that's all that matters :NO:

Push-ups - 100 a day (while watching TV do either 10 or 20 during commercials)

Sit-Ups - 100 a day (Same as push-ups)

Bench - 145 pounds(max: 160) I try to get at least 10 reps

Basketball atleast an hour a day

Squats - No real routine I do them randomly throughout the day

Kickboxing/Boxing/Judo

Thats about it
