1.Sasuke he specialises in melee combat and all round CQC it could be attributed to his Sharingan.
2. Would be a thaijutsu user like Guy or Lee.
3. Would be Sakura/Tsuande she has 5 stars in CQC
4. Would be kakashi
5. Naruto would be 5th because he's not a CQC type.

I left out Hanabi Hyuga because they use the gentle fist and we can't really stack it up against strong fist users.

Taijutsu isn’t more than that, Sakuras anayltical ability coupled with her knowledge of the body and agility, isn’t the superior fighter, which is namely why she normally one shots .
