What are the Six paths?

I am really confused after rereading the manga where Madara fights Konan and mentions he is Uchiha Madara that has two of the six paths power. After a while when he gets the Rennegan he says that this is the 3rd power of the six paths.

1) What are these six paths supposed to mean ... Izanagi, Hashirama's powers, Rennegan etc...

2) If all these paths collected and controlled by a person what will it form? What kind of power? Is it the Rikudo Senin's power!

3) How did Madara get the Izanagi?

Please answer my questions if you can. Thank you!

1. The Six paths are based upon the six Buddhist paths of Reincarnation.

壱 (1) - Deva Path.
弐 (2) - Asura Path.
参 (3) - Human Path.
四 (4) - Animal Path.
五 (5) - Preta Path.
六 (6) - Naraka Path

Izanagi is based on Japanese folklore.
Hashirama body was envied by many for his supposed limitless stamina.
Rinnegan is a rare dojutsu that only has shown up in two people:
The SO6P & Nagato

2. Rikkudo Sennin was said to have had:
Huge Stamina Reserves
Huge Chakra Reserves
The Rinnegan
The Legendary Weapons

So far based upon research...

Rinnegan developed into Byakugan developed into Sharingan

Madara is regarding the sharingan as a descendant of the Rinnegan

Uchiha Clan are supposedly direct descendants of the SO6P's son who inherited his powers (Chakra & Eyes)

Supposedly it is his powers but we have yet to know more information on it.

And No, it won't form anything. Not up to existing knowledge.

3. Izanagi is a Sharingan Ability of the Uchiha Clan. Madara is an Uchiha.

That aside, it is labeled a kinjutsu. Meaning you risk damage to yourself if used. Namely, Blindness. Reason why some only use it for EXTREME situations.
