what are the rules on copying jutsu with sharingan?

Like does the jutsu have to be a certain rank below you.
be the elements you can use.
and not be customs???

I think when you have 3 tomoe and you should have very much posts you can copy E and D rank,but I am not sure

i do have 3 tomoe.
though i recently got blinded by one of darkblades jutsu so i need to get some money so i can pay bishimon to get me some medicine to make me not blind.
i recently submited a jutsu that lets me know the opponents location so i won't need to see to know where they are but i still want to be able to copy jutsu.

PS:want me to do a job for you ????
