I feel like i've seen this scene once... There was once an anime with a gunslinger that was skinny, had blonde hair and a red coat-jacket. This was the main character and the anime was based 96% on guns. I don't remember it's name.

Another anime might be Full Metal Alchemist but i doubt. The drawing seems a little strange.
