tbh i think lee could win.
he is simply to quick neji wouldnt be able to keep up and once lee opened a gate it would defo be game over the only thing neji could do is palm rotation untill he ran out of chakra or got to dizzy hahaha

back then in the chunin exams if lee was matched up with neji, i think lee would have destroyed him, but now since neji is a jounin and all i'm not too sure who would win.

Lee can definitely win, but now that neji knows of lee's techniques the battle favors neji since he will know to play on the defensive and have the side affect of gates do the fighting.

this is true but when some one is moving so fast you cant see them its hard to do anything about it.
and lee wouldnt open up the gates untill he needed to.

so what you are suggesting lee doing to naruto would actually be what one of naruto's shadow clones would do to lee.

both but i was excluding narutos 9 tails mode and tbh we dont know how fast lee is now he gets no air time :T_T:
