What 2 man team can beat Naruto + Kakashi?

Minato beat Obito, Obito had a much greater mastery over Kamui and wasn't even able to go intangible in time to save himself.
Minato>Kakashi
Hashi suppresses Naruto's Kyuubi chakra. Sage mode Naruto can't compete with Hashi.
Minato and Hashi wins

Don't forget Minato barely defeated 16-year old Obito. He wouldn't be able to compete with Obito now, he's grown way too powerful.
So, while I agree that Minato>Kakashi most likely, Kakashi with Kyuubi's cloak>Minato IMO.

And I wouldn't say Obito's Kamui mastery when he fought Minato was greater than current Kakashi's mastery of Kamui.
Kakashi's kamui is FASTER than CURRENT Obito's Kamui, which was confirmed by Obito himself. So it's definitely faster than 16-year old Obito's Kamui.
It is also long ranged, as opposed to Obito's. Obito lost against Minato because he needed to make contact with him to suck him up. If he could have used Kamui like Kakashi can, Minato would have been screwed badly.

IMO Hashirama and Madara would win against Naruto & Kakashi combination mid to high difficulties.

Totsuka can be dodged or blocked.

I'm positive that Kyuubi-empowered Kamui could handle Totsuka. I know it's ethereal, but so are Susanoo's arrows and Kamui could warp them. I see no reason why this could not apply to Totsuka.

Are you implying Itachi beats Madara? Because Susanoo should, by your logic, not be able to block Totsuka.

Kamui is instant. Using Susanoo and swinging the sword takes time. Itachi loses to war arc kakashi.

Itachi was able to invoke susanoo faster than lightning, he can just as easily take it off. waste of kamui and chakra, then bring it back out.

I can think of a few containing Obito since he can counter Kamui, but without him, I can't see anyone else managing to take Kakashi out.
Naruto's chakra shroud allows him to warp beings of gigantic size, and Kakashi was confident he can warp the Juubi.

You're totally wrong. He was actually always very modest about himself.

-He claimed Zabuza was stronger than he imagined.
-He claimed there are ninja younger than Naruto and stronger than him (which is obviously incorrect, as we haven't seen any in the series so far)
-Against Itachi he admitted he might die
-He admitted Pain is stronger than him, as you mentioned

Kakashi knows his limitations very well, he actually underrates himself. He believed himself to be trash and a failure due to letting Obito and Rin die and this also influenced his perception of his own abilities.

That's why when Kakashi says he can do something, it's almost definitely legit. His enemies sometimes think he is arrogant, but this is because they don't know Kakashi is even tougher than he thinks he is.

Itachi can't use KA. He rigged it to activate against his MS, but he can't use it since his eye is not connected to it.

It's different. Kyuubi is part of Naruto now, while Shisui's eye was more like a tool to Itachi, a useful trinket.
KA isn't Itachi's power in the same way Kyuubi's cloak is not Kakashi's power. It's borrowed, not his own and can be taken from him easily.
