I wouldn't say SSB2, No lightning, and his muscle mass went up whereas SS2 the muscle mass doesn't change. He does have pupils in his eyes tho, so there might be a link to UI

It only looks similar by hair and muscle mass. There was definitely no light and dark colors flashing, glare in the eyes, or shiny sparkles all over the body.
