Once more located at a local training field, Shikago awaits the arrival of his new teacher, Wind..-sempai, who will be helping him discover and master the power of suiton.

Here we go again. Hope I make a good first impression.

Hello there student

Alright, you have not learned any Suiton correct? Also this is not your first element right? And finally could you answer these questions.

- What is Suiton in the Naruto Universe?
- What is Suiton strong and weak against and why?
- What Kekkei Genkai and Kekkei Tota is Suiton a part of?
- Name three prominent Suiton users in the Manga.

Correct, sempai. I have not yet learned any suiton, but I have trained in other elements.
Ok, suiton is the nature transformation of chakra into water, one of the five basic elements of chakra, allowing the user to manipulate water or create their own.
Against the other elements, suiton is strong against fire, or katon, because the water will cool the flames and extinguish them, while weak against earth, or doton, because structures made from earth can absorb the water's impact, even absorbing water itself.
Some KGs that I know of that uses water as a component are the boil, storm, and wood releases, which also requires the use of katon, raiton, and doton respectively.
Also, three users of suiton that I can think of off the top of my head? Umm... well.... how about Suigetsu, Kisame, and Tobirama?

Alright very good job. Do you know how the strengths and weaknesses of Suiton effects different ranked Jutsu. For example Suiton Jutsu vs Katon Jutsu or Suiton Jutsu vs Doton Jutsu, what is the rank advantage? If you don't know I will explain.

I'm sorry, sempai. I do not know the different attributes when concerning different ranks. I pretty much told you all I know. Could you please explain more of it to me?

No need to bow your head in shame, you just do not know all the info yet but I will teach it to you. Alright so basically here is the Rank weakness and advantage of Suiton.

S-Rank Water Jutsu = A-Rank Earth Jutsu - so basically if these go up against each other they will even out unless one is significantly bigger than the other.

A-Rank Water Jutsu = S-Rank Fire Jutsu - so basically like the other one these two ranks will cancel each other out if there is not a significant size difference.

So basically when an element is weak to another element, you need to use a Jutsu one rank higher than the stronger element to cancel it out and the opposite for an element that is strong to another.

Does this make sense or do you want me to try and explain it better/more?

Alright good . Now onto Jutsu.

(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique

Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid

Description: Creates small waves of water,small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.

Okay for this first one, I want you to gather a portion of your Chakra internally and then mold it into super calm yet powerful Suiton Chakra. Once you have done this channel this Chakra through your entire body and then release it from your body and manipulate it into water and shape it into first a shield. Once you have done that then create a small wave of water on the ground.

Ok, sempai. Im just finna walk over to that lake over there and use it as a medium.

Walking over to the lake, Shikago starts collecting and molding his chakra, making it dense and heavy. As he reaches the lake, he lets the chakra flow throughout his body. Releasing some of the chakra all at once, he continues to hold it near, in something like a bubble. Doing this, the chakra's heavy flow manipulates the water, causing some of it to rise from the lake rises from it and begins to gather and form into a shield around him.
Releasing hold of the chakra, the water surrounding Shikago splashes to the ground. Again, he channels the dense chakra, this time through his arms. Looking down at the lake, he waves his right hand towards it, releasing some more of the dense water chakra. When the chakra contacts the water, the density manipulates and carries the water again, creating a water wave three meters tall, thats flows about five meters ahead until it crashes back into the surface. When it does, Shikago turns back to Wind..-sempai.

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu

Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Alright for this one I first want you to gather a portion of your Chakra and mold it into Suiton Chakra. Once you have done this I want you to channel it through your lungs and into your mouth. Then, release it from your mouth and manipulate it to make it into a thick mist that I want you to spread all around us.

Got it, sempai.

Shikago stills himself, harnesing and molding his chakra in his chest, giving it a thick, heavy, cool flow. Taking a breath, he exhales the chakra, causing a thick, grey mist to rush from his mouth. It quickly collects and gathers, blurring Shikago's vison of Wind..-sempai. The mist, being thick with his chakra, allows Shikago to control it, so he expands the range of his chakra, causing the mist to spread, eventully covering the entire traing field. Once sastifided with his results, he cuts the link to the jutsu, allowing the mist to disperse.
Sempai? Is there a way for me to see through this jutsu?[/jutsu]

(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining

Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.

Alright, for this I want you to gather a portion of your Chakra and mold it into calm yet powerful Suiton Chakra. Once you have done that, I want you to channel it through your body and then release it all at once and condense and shape this Chakra into a sword, making it as dense as a real sword. Once you have done that, show off how strong your sword is by making slashes in that boulder over there.

I begin by collecting and manipulating my chakra into suiton. Harnessing the chakra into my right hand, water begins to form and accumulate. Using the suiton chakra, I shape the water into the form of a sword, and once formed, I continue to manipulate the sword until it becomes almost as hard as a solid sword. When I believe it's ready, I walk over to the boulder and begin to make slashes at it, but in the end, just leaving some minor scratches.
