I begin to build up suiton chakra in my body and, once it's built up, exert the chakra through my hands, which are aimed at your clone. I continuously exert more and more suiton chakra to form a stream of water and concentrate my chakra to make it rotate very quickly, so it strikes your clone with great force.

An advantage of this jutsu would be that it continuously releases water, so it would be easy to strike multiple enemies or even defend against multiple attacks.

A disadvantage would be that it's would be easily defended against, due to it's somewhat low rank.

You forgot the greatest advantage, being that it can attack from multiple angles. Something that can drastically change the way you integrate this in your move. Use it to your advantage.

I focus my suiton chakra into the water underneath your clone. I control the chakra to make the water begin to spin rapidly, creating a whirlpool. Once the whirlpool is created, it sucks your clone deep underwater

Advantage: It would be difficult for your opponent to escape this jutsu, if he were to get caught in it.

Disadvantage: The opponent must be standing on a large water source to use and, in most cases, the opponent is on land.

Description: Creates small black clouds, which cover the area flammable oil.

By focusing Suiton chakra in the air, you create black clouds. Though unlike normal clouds, you alter it by using your Suiton Chakra to make a flammable oil.

I begin sending my suiton chakra into the sky. I focus my chakra to create multiple small clouds over the area. Using my chakra, I convert the water in the clouds with oil, which causes the clouds to turn black. The clouds begin raining oil all over the field

Advantage: It would make it easy to attack your opponent with a fire technique because the oil covers the battle field and is very flammable

Disadvantage: The opponent could easily use a fire attack against you, as well

Another thing that is probably good about this one is that some mud based attacks turn to lava even quicker if this is infused with it, and fire is spread on it.

This simply gives you shitloads of water to cover the field or use it for another water attack.

I concentrate a large amount of suiton in my body and then I exert it in the air. Using this chakra, I form a massive amount of water, which falls to the ground

Advantage: It could be used for other water-based jutsus and, if it's used the same way I did, it would soften the earth, making it easier for to use mud jutsu

Disadvantage: I guess softening the earth could also be a disadvantage, because it would make it more difficult to do earth jutsu, when the ground is softened.

It could also be used on an enemy, considering the range to use in combination with a raiton jutsu

I focus my suiton chakra into the palm of my hand and shape it to form a rotating ball of water. I concentrate my suiton chakra in the ball and shoot it out, while focusing to keep the water rotating very quickly, as a spiraling wall of water

Advantage: It is a strong attack and could defend against most fire jutsu and it doesn't require any handseals.

Disadvantage: There are many earth jutsu that could easily block/defend against this jutsu

(Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique

Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.

I perform the long sequence of hand seals and then I gather up a large amount of water. I use my chakra to shape the water into a l large dragon. I then hurl the dragon at your clone at great momentum

Advantage: It's very powerful and would be difficult to defend against

Also note that the amount of water is proportioned to the users skill, so lower ranked people have a disadvantage over others.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates an orb of water from which several sharp whips of water emerge. Those whips can then be directed towards one or multiple targets, impaling them on impact.

Basically, you do the Tiger hand seal. Then, create an orb of water and use create several whips out of it. These whips are able to attack multiple targets, by impaling them. Also not that it can be used on 1 target to attack from several angles if you think about it.

I preform the tiger handseal and then concentrate my suiton chakra in the shape of a large orb. I control my chakra and manipulate the orb to extend the water out as multiple whips to strike the enemy

Advantage: It can be used to attack multiple enemies or a single enemy multiple times and it can be used from short range up to long range

Disadvantage: I couldn't really think of any disadvantages o.o

It's created in your hand if I'm correct, so it incapacitates you in some ways in my opinion. Also keep in mind that when used in long range, it can be avoided because of that long range.

(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison

Description: The user first performs Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare and by tspreading their hands out forward they can use this jutsu to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. The target is unable to move while within it. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the jutsu, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

Basically perform the hand seals and create an orb around my clone -poof- Keep one arm in the orb. this will keep my clone trapped inside.

I perform the handseals and begin focusing my suiton chakra to my arm, which is pointing at your clone. I concentrate my chakra in the shape of an orb that is large enough to trap your clone in. Once the water is formed, I keep my hand inside of it and continuously feed my chakra into the orb, to make the water so dense that the clone cannot move

Advantage: It prevents the opponent from moving

Disadvantage: You have to keep one arm inside, so it would be difficult to defend against any attacks. It also requires a somewhat long string of handseals to perform

Good good. Note that the opponent will eventually drown as well, but a decent Byakugan user can defend from this as seen with Neji.

(Suiton: Mizu Kamikiri) - Water Release: Rising Water Slicer

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a fast jet of water running through the ground that is powerful enough to slice through solid rock.

Perform the tiger hand seal again and focus Suiton chakra in the ground, sending water to the opponent in a slicing way. It has to stay in the ground, yet be visible at the surface.

I perform the tiger handseal and focus my suiton chakra into the surface of the ground. I control the water to send it towards the opponent. I concentrate my chakra to make the water have a slicing effect to it

Advantage: It's a good attack to strike the opponent from below

Disadvantage: It could be easily spotted, so it wouldn't be difficult to avoid or block against.

I think it's one of the nicest suiton attacks to use in combination if you have clones on the field, as it can defeat doton of the same rank, atleast based on the description.

Suiton: Ja No Kuchi) - Water Style: Water Snakes Mouth

Description: After performing the required hand seals Monkey → Rat → Tiger → Dragon → Horse → Dragon it then allows the user to summon a large amount of water. The water then transforms itself into the shape of a snake and crashes down on their enemy, literally swallowing them. After it has swallowed them it turns into a river.

Perform the hand seals and summon a large amount of water. You then use shape manipulation to make a snake out of it. Then, direct the snake to your enemy, and let it swallow the enemy. After that the lake will turn into a river and potentially drown the enemy.
